Any data collected and stored by the parent company, Simply Holistic Living, Inc., is being secured and is not shared with any outside parties. This includes client contact information, financial data, health history, or client notes from consultations. Simply Holistic Living understands and is in compliance, to the best of it’s ability, with European GDP regulations.

Refund Policy:

If a client makes an initial consultation and cancellation or rescheduling becomes necessary, he/she is responsible for cancelling this consultation at least 48 hours prior. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of consultation, a $100 non-refundable booking fee will be collected if he/she desires to reschedule. This booking fee will be applied to and deducted from the initial consultation fee. This policy is in place in an attempt to keep the limited initial consultation spaces available for those clients who are very serious about working with me.
